This very steep, short trail provides skilled hikers with a challenge. Wire Break Trail is the beginning of a loop with East Topanga Fire Road and the Santa Ynez Canyon Trail.

Wire Break Trail can be accessed from Santa Ynez Canyon Park. From the PCH, head inland on Sunset Blvd. After 0.5 miles, turn left onto Palisades Dr. After 1.8 miles, park along Palisades Drive Park. Entrance will be on the west side.
