This short trail spur connects the Trail 8 Loop to the gravel portion of Frank Parrish Road just west of the Friends' Native Plant Nursery.  The trail leads southeastward through a bottomland forest, turning south / southwest up a gradual rise and across a small meadow to its junction with the road.
