Trail 7 ascends up the side of Bridge Bowl from the North Trailhead. It passes by an old quarry, switches back twice through a small oak forest, then traverses a large steep hillside prairie in which it crosses two small ephemeral streams. The trail then climbs through a mixed forest past the Trail 17 junction and continues upward to the Bridge Bowl Saddle where it ends at Trail 3.
