Frank Parrish Road's paved section extends north from the Seavey Way Bridge, offering public access to the North Parking Lot and Trailhead.  From there it continues northward past a yellow vehicular gate to the southern end of the Friends of Buford Park Field Office and Native Plant Nursery.

Turning westward to the left of a large cedar tree, it becomes a nearly level gravel road passing the Native Plant Nursery to the north, Parrish Meadow to the south, and extending to the park property line. Please do not trespass on private property.

Please note: part of the gravel-surfaced portion of Frank Parrish Road is also considered part of Trail 8, a.k.a. the North Bottomlands Loop.
