Southeast Community Park is 16.1-acres in the Kelly Creek Neighborhood. The park is undeveloped with a view of Mt. Hood. The park contains Kelly Creek, a wetland, steep rolling slopes and riparian forest. 

Future improvement at the park may include children’s playgrounds, a ball field, on-site parking, rest rooms, picnic shelters, paths, lighting, natural areas and a disc golf course.
