Regner Road Neighborhood Park is a 29.6-acre natural area and undeveloped site directly across from SE 29th Street at the Deer Glen Estates subdivision in the Gresham Butte Neighborhood.
2.9 acres will be developed into a neighborhood park with small lawn areas, playgrounds, basketball, picnic shelter, restroom and interpretive trails.
The remainder of the forested site will be left natural, with hiking trails connecting to the trails system in the surrounding buttes natural areas.
