The North Quarry is an excavation into the west face of Swing Hill, adjacent to the North Trailhead and North Trail Kiosk.  Wildflowers and grasses have grown throughout the quarry since it fell into disuse, while boulders remain on the floor of the quarry.  It can be viewed while walking by on lower Trail 7.
