Pavilion Rental Rates:
Commercial Rate - N/A for this facility The commercial rate applies to any event where money is charged for attendance and/or where any type of business is solicited. Such events may include, but are not limited to:
- beauty pageants
- concerts
- dance recitals
- corporate conventions
- real estate expos
General Rate - $50 per four hoursThe general rate applies to any event that is social or civic in nature. Such events may include, but are not limited to:
- banquets
- birthday parties
- holiday gatherings
- social conventions
- wedding receptions
Resident Rate - $25 per four hours
The resident rate applies to any event that is social or civic in nature, in which case, the individual or business resides in the corporate limits of Gulf Shores, Alabama. The renter must be able to provide proof of residency to receive rate. Acceptable proof of residency includes:
- copy of lease
- recent utility bill
- valid driver's license
- valid business license
- voter registration
