This classical style fountain with the Art Deco centerpiece was the gift of Rebecca G. Popp in memory of her husband and herself. During the WPA, this fountain was completed in 1937.  The fountain features underwater lighting and a dramatic 30-foot spray of water from a cast bronze sculpture of leaping dolphins designed by artist Enrique Alférez Unfortunately, there has been vandalism in the past, therefore a fence surrounds the area.
