The conceptual route builds on previous planning studies such as the Downtown Area Plan, The Outdoor Downtown, Northeast Neighborhood Plan and Next Steps Study, Golden Triangle Plan, Auraria Master Plan, State Capitol Complex Master Plan, and more.
