Fix it with Fire!

Come to Henry Coe State Park Visitor center at Coe Ranch for a FREE talk on the California State Parks prescribed burn program, including sites at Henry Coe scheduled for the first week of December. After the talk, fire technicians will lead you on a 25-minute hike to the burn site.

Talk includes a tour of the fire engine, an overview of the Fire Restoration program at California State Parks, the importance of prescribed burning, and the return of native grasses to Henry Coe State Park.

Times: Hikes and talks will occur several times between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm.

Location: Henry Coe State Park Visitor Center, 9000 E Dunne Ave, Morgan Hill, CA 95037. Meet at the White Barn.

Cost: Program is free. Day use fee of $8 per vehicle, ($7 is occupant in car is 62 or older).
