Located toward the east end of the South Hill, Lincoln Park is like two parks in one. Lower Lincoln Park along 17th avenue is tailored and has swings and a play structure for play. The upper part of the park, off of Southeast Avenue, is largely undeveloped, great for walking, exploring or taking in views of the city.
