Indian River County's partnership with the Indian River Land Trust establishes 37.5 acres of lagoon-front conservation land with public improvements for passive recreation. Accesssible from Indian River Blvd & 8th St, hiking and biking trails meander through oak hammock and mangrove wetlands, leading to great views of the Lagoon. The site features several boardwalks and includes an overlook dock.
